Exchanges and Refunds

Tickets can be exchanged up to 24 hours before your performance date. The exchange fee is $6 per single ticket and $3 per subscription ticket.
Exchanges after your performance date cannot be processed.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets can be mailed if booked two weeks prior to the performance date.
Tickets booked two weeks prior to the performance date are available for pick up at the Playhouse Theatre box office two hours prior to the performance.
Complimentary tickets not picked up before half an hour prior to your performance may be released for sale.
