Ticket Donation Requests

The Vancouver Playhouse Theatre Company is a not-for-profit organization and is pleased to support other non-profit organizations, charities and community groups by donating performance tickets or vouchers to various fundraising and special events. 

Please note: Applications must be submitted in writing a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of the event to allow for processing time. Fill out our Ticket Donation Request Form.

Guidelines for Ticket Donations:

Preference is given to fundraising events that support arts, education and health initiatives.

• Selected organizations will be awarded a voucher redeemable for two tickets to a specific Playhouse production. Advance reservations are required and redemption is subject to availability. Donations have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded. 

• Please highlight applicable restrictions when offering tickets as part of a raffle or auction. 

• Each organization is eligible to apply for one donation per year. As multiple events often benefit the same organization, please be advised that a donation may already have been awarded through another event. 

• Please be sure to include the following information about your event so we may properly evaluate your application:

1. The goal(s) of your event, with reference to the above guidelines
2. A description of your target audience(s)
3. How a donations will be used (live auction, silent auction, raffle, door prize, etc.)
4. The date of the event
5. The address where a voucher and promotional material can be sent
6. Other relevant information 

Donations are limited. Due to the overwhelming number of requests received, only those organizations that are granted donations will be contacted.
